When I go to Transfer Toricreds and type in the amount I want to send It always says insuficient funds, please help!!

could be a mistype? check again.

You cannot send more toricredits than you own.

That is basically self explanatory.. as PTD said , you can't send tc that you don't own. You can't get anymore straight forward than that.
Also how much tc are you trying to send?
It's possible that you could have made errors when sending amounts of 1k to 10k , just an extra or missing zero has a big effect.

thanks but i got it figured out and I'm not dumb I had enough toricredits to send.The forum was acting up that day that was probably why it was bugging out

and Nigma I was trying to send 5k and I had 10k but every time I put in a one it would say my toricred balance was zero
