Already asked this question and STILL received no help from an actual administrator or someone who knows the answer.

Im trying to reset my password. and for some reason the site wont let me, keeps saying No user specified When a freakin email says im definitely specified. The email reads as followed:
Dear Mzebra,

You have requested to reset your password on Toribash Community because you have forgotten your password. If you did not request this, please ignore it. It will expire and become useless in 24 hours time.

To reset your password, please visit the following page:
[not sharing link]

When you visit that page, your password will be reset, and the new password will be emailed to you.

I dont appreciate being lied to. someone with an administrator status come here and help me with this problem. Because without resetting my password, I cant login to toribash 4.4.
