Waoh that's really nice Ezeth. The only things that seem wrong to me are his right eye, right eyebrow, bottom left of his face, and left sleeve. The left eye I feel would have some light on it from it's current angle. The left eyebrow seems flat compared to the other one. I think you should darken the dark parts and either move or extend the light to the center like you did on the other eyebrow. The bottom left of his face should be brighter. And the light on his left sleeve should be fading out towards the bottom right rather that cutting it off with pillow shading.

Aside from those things it seems pretty much perfect to me, and looks great. You've gotten really good at using colors. Do you paint in color first instead of doing grayscale into color? If so you might find that a black layer set on saturate above your image helps for grayscale previews (If you already did this then my bad).

But yea, no joke. It's really nice. Particularly like how the jacket was done.

Thanks, if I paint with color first or not kind of varies from piece to piece. This I did color first just to get a better feel of what it will look like with color, sometimes I will just color using overlay. Even if I color first I will pretty much always use overlay to get some more intense colors, I also do a ton of color-correction along the way.
