Any quick and easy way to view all unread messages without having to go to them 1 by 1?

Right click on the link of the message and click "open in a new tab" after you read it, you close the tab, and do the process again and again until you read all of your messages.

Because I market a lot, I KNOW that someone had sent me tc... So I click the box in the right hand corner of the PM application.

Look for the word "Today" then trace it strace across the screen to "Messages: x .box here." Click on that box, then scroll to the bottom > selected messages : Mark as read > click on "go"

For messages past that, there is an option above that that should have a larger number: http://i.imgur.com/yTlUT7z.png

Check the box next to the larger number to select ALL of your messages and then repeat the "Mark as read" steps and that should catch any past messages you might have missed.
