I am running Toribash 3.69 and Fraps 3.4.5 and Fraps doesn't record Toribash. When I press record, The game freezes for 10 seconds then plays normally. Fraps never starts recording, the Numbers never turn red, and no File is ever created. It does this to games like Mincraft and Toribash, but not to games like half life, Spore or Counter Strike. Any Suggestions?

Update fraps, Also do you know what graphics card you have? if so update the drivers

The newer versions of fraps don't work on my computer. Something about my Processor and SSE2. also Toribash 4.41 doesn't work on my PC (See my other Post HERE) My drivers are all up to date

if you use raytracing/shaders try turning them off

Wait your CPU doesn't have SSE2? How the hell are you managing to get TB running at more than 2FPS, that thing must be ancient. :/

Yea my PC is very old. Its Windows Xp Version 2000 SP3 With 2 GB RAM

My graphics card is A Radeon X1300 AGP 512MB and I get 50-60 Frames with shaders off. I am getting a new computer soon (Custom Build) but that may not be for a while, which is why I need help with this problem.

Well the only fix is having a version of FRAPS that can record GL. However not having required CPU features kinda puts a stop to that.

You could use another recording app, though IMO they're no where near as good.

I downgraded to fraps version 3.4.1 and that records at about 10 FPS. I think my solution is a new computer

Get a new PC man.
Imo Dxtory is better than fraps. It records smoothly, you can change codecs etc. Try that and see if it goes any better.
