It's called Bounty / Bounty Text. It's costs 2000 TC, and payout 100, totally 2100.

You can choose victim and type text you want

Victims, you cant type in '' Victim '' ur own name, you cant give bounty to urself.

The bounty list also doesn't work atm. They are working on trying to fix it.

they are under maintenance right now, so they may/may not work properly

u can give a bounty to yourself.
u just need a friend or an alt account where u sent the tc to, he types in what u want and pays it with your money, this way u can get everything under ur name.
but as wolfe and mystery said, it doesnt works currently.
