When you buy a head or sell one in the forums how do you give them the texture?

You can buy a head texture from the torishop/market, and you can re-sell it at the market. You will also give them the texture by uploading the image(s) to a image hosting website, and then sending them the URL.

Thats correct. Its easier if you use some of the known main websites for image hosting such as Imgur.
