if i win any fight in any server sometimes it switches the winner and i dont get tc and get throw down to the bottom of the list

Are you sure this is happening in every server? These servers you are probably joining are using knockout. Knockout is if you win you go to the bottom of the list and you keep fighting until you either lose or win the tourney.

I'll guess that you're a guy who often goes to different tourneys, such as GMTourney, rBTourney & Public tourneys. If you want to prevent lockdown, you can either visit servers that are created by random people or you can go to the main servers in toribash, which has a belt restriction on every server.
