It appears like all of the official tourney servers are down, not only your "beloved" Tourney9.

I think it's best to ask the staff about this, because I, in my current state, don't have a clue as to what's going on.

Official tourney rooms get down from time to time and then appears again. Hopefully they will be there soon.
