I am requesting a sorta simple set. I want the main colors to be Aqua and white/quicksilver. I would like something to go really good with the surfer's seishin hair. You do something you think is cool and I will let you know how I feel about it. Put as much complexity into as you like. The most I can pay is 14.8k tc. Not much, but it's something.
