It is a nice set though not worth it to invest 100k when it may be hard to resell if I ever do. I could do maybe like 40-45 ish at absolute max and that I am iffy on. Or maybe something like a void hair color or some sort of item like that...

Sorry dont think that will work. Your asking a somewhat reasonable price I suppose but there is no way I could buy or sell it for anything near that.
