Suspected CouzoFag spam alt (massban 20110609)

i checked the ban list and at page 5xx i found this massban 20110609
im just wonderэng how many alts were banned this day.
and why didnt they do an ip ban or something like that.
would it be possible these days again ?
i mean it was 2011 i think there was a possibility without banning 1290381 accs
