Realistic Movement
I was wondering if there are any tips or tricks to making your movement in replays and such smoother or if I just need to keep practicing.
topics like this should go into the Rapid Threads section.

anyways, use Shift + Space to move one frame instead of 10 frames.
try to use relax / or know what you are doing when not using relax.
sparring online with players is also a good way to learn quickly.

What I found made my replays better in all ways is holding all of your joints and relaxing the ones that you think would help the replay flow better at different parts of the replay.

Conclusion: Best way to make replays ever = Hold AND relax.

start free play, move shoulders up, hit space. move shoulders down, and now (before hitting space) ctrl - z. You might need to put your mouse over your tori.
