Nudging down yourself.
Let's say you need to do something, and you're in a public room.. You will have the ability to nudge down yourself.


Discuss. What possible drawbacks this could have?

I like that idea. Some times im about to play and i got to take out the trash, eat, etc.. I dont want to spec then enter because of a long line.

Drawback: Tournies. If you did this, you need it disabled if knockout mode was enabled.

it seems a bit stupid. I don't see the point. just spec and ask for a nudge back or whatever. many could do this in tourneys if they are about to fight a custom belt or something and it seems stupid to me.

But some hosts don't allow you to reenter into your spot, so that's a really good idea, save the drawback of tournaments, of course.

Let's say I'm the 4th on the server. I went to grab some food cos I knew I had some time before my match. But when I came back I would found myself afk cos 2 guys before me decided to visit their toilets.

If you're admin only I don't see a problem.

If it's in a tourney, and you're about to go up, you can constantly keep nudging yourself down so you never have to fight. You'll end up in finals. That, or other people will start doing it once they find out you nudged down, and the entire server will end up nudging and nothing will get done.

Good idea always thought about it
but this would make people face diffrent people
ex:en a tourney and I am about to face a pro player
nudge down and its gone

Only in public servers. Also, there should be a certain limit so that it isn't abused.(although I don't see how it would annoy anyone)

If I'm an admin, I can already nudge down myself anyway BTW.

I don't see anything wrong with this, If it becomes a problem in tournaments then moderators can just disable this command for tournaments like they did with spectating. If it fucks you over when you do the command that is your problem.
