Well we all has seen the toribash russian forum
which was put here a few days ago
he point is
1.just put before hall of shame it dont look good down
2. Their market should be removed
so they can have more pdople to buy (english and russian)

The subforums aren't categories based on reputation or anything, otherwise the wii board would be at the bottom.
