Split kick: It was pretty good, I think you should have done a little more during the flip, as in move around, don't just keep it the same the whole time. I also think the pose could have been a little better, it was standing, which is great, but make sure you relax what you're not using, for example, your right arm. One last thing, you did a lot of messing around before you got into your pose. Try to keep that to a minimal. For a starter, you're doing great!
Headkick: This was a pretty nice replay for a high gravity one. In the opener, you didn't go forward right away. If you're going to do that and add some style, make sure it looks as sexy as possible. The decap itself was really nice, great job! Lastly, your pose was pretty good, just make sure you relax. Also, you should try really hard to make sure your tori stays up while you're posing. It will take some time but the end result will be great.
