To put an image/put more things in your signature, you need ToriPrime AND VIP. You can buy that here.

No! As far as I remember, you can have a static signature picture with just Toriprime.

It doesn't say that Toriprime allows signature pictures in the FAQ. But what FAQ states is,
VIP can have animated signature (which can be taken as an improvement) and that looks like
supporting my theory.
