I am trying to make my own texture but i cant find a good free program to use, i tried gimp, but, idk... help?

GIMP and Paint.net are the best free programs out there.

I recommend GIMP.

I don't know how to use gimp but heard its good, better than paint if you ask me . But I think Photoshop which costs money is the best for making textures. Since you're asking for free I recommend GIMP.

GIMP is clearly the easiest.. Its easy to map. Its easy to do everything if you know how ..

Funny thing is. I use gimp. And its not that bad.. its easy too.
