to make those, you have to be a forger. How do you become one?

You don't need to become a forger to make these stuff. Just do ctrl+O for hair forge and ctrl+L for flame forge. Once done creating your flame, just enter a name for it, and click the create button. It will redirect you to the torishop for an conformation to forge the flame (pretty much the same as hair forge). Finally it will be in your inventory, locate it in your deactivated and activate the flame! Just make sure you have enough tcs because its very expensive to forge flames, that's why I just stick to market flames.

You don't, I've forged some flames a few years ago, and I wasn't a "forger". It will say you forged the flame but there won't be any special stuff. Trust me you don't need to be a "forger", just set the settings to your perfections or what you can afford, set name, and create... A market flame is where someone puts a flame in the market for selling.
