This may be do to one or two things.
1. You are definitely not the leader of an official clan.
2. You are an idiot for not thinking through why you cant.

I think I might be retired.
None of you explained to him how to get an official clan, so i will.
Basically, when you try to start a clan, which as scorpion said costs around 10k TC, what you'll need to do is recruit active members and align yourselves with decent allies who won't spam your thread or cause strife.
Next, what you'll want to do is come up with hot new topics when the previous/current one is losing steam, this way you'll keep the level of posting consistent if you have competent members, as opposed to being spammy.
Secondly, after having becoming tight with your clan and being active enough with proper posts throughout the pages and such, feel free to send 50k to a (correct me if i'm mistaken)clan mod who'll evaluate your clan's performance along with the clan council to determine whether you're clan is ready to become official.
NB: Just because you might be able to rack up those posts doesn't guarantee that you'll succeed, and if you don't you'll get back 30k of the tcs you would have sent.
