Paypal will take a tax when you transfer money, but that's it.

It's absolutely free to make and the tax is low. Only tax on transactions due to how much money your sending.

Tip: Always send as a good or you could be charged with toribash or life with a bit of scam :/.

send as a present with minimum charges but risk of being scammed or pay as for goods and you will be charged some higher fees. and yeah, no taxes from "outside"
