Hi Acescar.
A usertitle is the words that are above your avatar picture. You can either have words or a picture, or a gif.
It does not require Toriprime or VIP, but it is cheaper if you have it.
If you want only words, you can do it yourself by going to the usertitle shop which is here: http://forum.toribash.com/tori_usertitle.php
If you want a picture or a gif, you will need to pm an admin to do it for you. They will require that you pay them tc though, and a picture/gif will be a lot of tc so be prepared.
