Does Qi effect belt?
If I were to buy 10k Qi would it effect my belt? like would it make me a black belt or what?

Yes, it would effect your belt.
The more QI you have, the higher belt you are.
So, if you were to buy 10K QI, it would make you 10th Dan black belt.

If you bought 10k QI, you would be a 10th Dan. It's pretty good for marketing, but I think it's frowned upon the community because you didn't actually earn the QI. But I don't actually know this, it could make people popular or something.
