I just played in Greykido Tourney This morning and this happen,i think its already fixed.

Things like that happen sometimes. Already saw heads on the ground and there was no dq.

I think this happens when all grabs are grabbing something
Try to ungrab i think that solve it

this is a maxcontacts glitch, all the collisions with the joints make it screw up sometimes.
