I recently had to factory reset my pc due to a virus and obviously had to reinstall TB, however my PC is pretty damn old and TB fails to start when I open toribash.exe, the error I get is:

"This application failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."

I have tried re-installing it multiple times to no change. I could run TB fine before I reset my PC, I presume there is some software I need?

Did you reinstall ALL of your drivers? Try reinstalling the .exe file from the toribash website.
