You may have changed something in Uke's custom file. make sure nothing is there.

The files have gotten mixed somewhere. There's nothing wrong with that.

Toribash>Customs>Uke

Then change the pictures to just white, or delete them. I hope I helped

it's easier just to /dl uke

this is usual glitch, most likely when you enter server, game just starts, and other player leaves/specs
my finger has beautiful tan lines

Yeah, but he did seem to get a goo thing in the back of his head for mine. I permanantly changed uke on my toribash. Idk how though.
