I like the Highlighted areas of the hair, if anything you should keep that lighting style On the face and stay away from dark anime. + the emotion on the face would look depressed yet not looking down (if you can visualize that)

Just my opinion btw. With anime heads you have super outlines everywhere so I'd stay away from that :3

I think you have made things very hard for yourself already, its better to make the hair after you made the head to make it fit better the shape of the head. Also the hair looks somewhat realistic but has no depth what so ever. This means that making a face that fits the hair will be close to impossible.

Yes Ezeth, you are absolutely right. I know i should have a made a face first but i was just experimenting with drawing hair and i made this, then i thought i might as well make a head out of it rather than letting it go to waste. And could you give me some tips on how to add depth to hair?

Added some more detail to the hair and started on the face, what do you think guys?

Saif118, wrong shading in the nose in my opinion.
It looks like it's going front till it reaches the mask and goes back and then starts going front again. Looks strange.
I'd also make the nose a bit more less.
