The Title Says All I Made A Head On Gimp Can't Make It Pgn Or Somethin So I Can Wear In Game Please Help How To Change Image Form

1.open the image in gimp
2.click file up there
3.click export
4.expand "select file type"
5. go down till u see targa image which is .tga
6. export it and upload it in forums
7.enjoy your head
