when i buy some item with the toricredits the item do not appear to me

You have the items, what you need to do is click on the tab at the top that says Shop, scroll down a bit and on the left side of the screen you'll see a link that says Deactivated Inventory, click that. Then on all the items you want to see on your character, click the Activate button.
