I think this is one of the best cartoonish/anime style I've seen around for a while. (Most heads look generic and repetitive.)

Dislike the horns. Everything else is gr8 imo. Horns throw off my judgment a bit

The hair, horns and mouth are all done with a thick black line
however the eyes are not, so that makes me suspicious whether you c/p those. (most of the lines are crooked expect the eyes which is yet another reason why i think they're c/p)
i really despise mirroring but you've seem to have done a great job on adding
a glare on both sides of the eye but still that doesn't hide that they're mirrored
of course i would've appreciated if you were not to mirror 80% of your head :C

Eyes are a bit far apart, not much, but are.

You can tell it's been mirrored alot, and the horns aren't that detailed.

I would rate it a 5/10.
