I want a Goat/Ram head, and the eyes should glow red (color hex #FF0000)

Since the head will be spherical I want it to be a ram so it can wrap around and such. I want it to more resemble the Goat depicted on the album cover in the References spoiler.

If I like it enough I will pay 26k since it is all I have.
