My friend downloaded toribash and there is black dots all over the screen and when he deleted it and downloaded it again he had the same problem Please Help

Tell him to update his graphic drivers.

Okay Thank you I will text him and say it to him but he has a really good graphics card

Even its good , the driver may have outdated.

Gpu problem varies , from text bug , crash , etc.

it happened to mee too, "??" every where, installing the latest graphic card updates works

He has tried everything u have suggested but nothing worked his graphics card is up to date and he has a NEW computer and and I was wondering because it is Windows 8 does it not work!!!

Tell him to use older version (ie. 4.7) see if that works.
