That's because your ISP has IPs that don't have a location... Odd :|

Is it supposed to be Brazil? That's the closest area I can spot manually prodding it.

Does the flag really matter to you? I suppose that should have been the first question... if it's not that big of a deal, then just let it be. Doesn't mean you're any better at the game or worse.
