I got a problem like that before. But it was a Direct Transfer from my friend. He sent me 15,000 toricredits but I only received 9,000 toricredits. But later on it was 15,000 toricredits.

You'll get the rest later, it depends on how busy the servers are.

For instance sometimes i win and get 5tc and it instantly updates into my shop, sometimes it takes a day or so.
