I've been asked to start something like this many times, and I've finally decided to do it!
Requirements:
MUST be at least a black belt.
Must pay 1000 TCs to join. No exceptions.

Tier 1: Timezones 0-4
Tier 2: Timezones 5-9
Tier 3: Timezones 10-(-2)
Tier 4: Timezones (-3)-(-7)
Tier 5: Timezones (-9)-(-12)
The "practice" day will be this Wednesday the 13th in a server labeled "Taek Kyon Tourney Series". Be sure to go so you can see who you're up against!
The day of the actual tourney will be determined on Wednesday the 13th. After this day, you can no longer sign up for this week's tourney.
