I see most of people have their "state flag" next to nicknames in-game, but i have nothing there, and i dont know where i can set my state to get that "flag" next to nickname in-game, so can you help me to get it there ?

It is probably based on the client ip and the flag is set up automatically by the servers , sadly you can't customize it.

He didn't ask to customize it.

Your easiest option would be to contact an admin. I'm pretty sure they can set that stuff for you. ;)

Don't both SkulFuk. Just contact anyone that has a red name and is on the Community Leaders list. Also, although they may be able to set the flag, It's not a huge priority so chances of it getting done are pretty slim.
