I think it would a good idea if we were able to turn off sounds uploaded by users. I find that more often than not a kiai sounds are dubstep or something ridiculous, it can be rather annoying when wearing headphones or listening to music myself. Some are thoughtful and interesting, but the majority are not. I'd like to be able to go in to options, and then advanced, and turn off custom sounds. It is already possible to turn off particles, hair, trails, and body textures. Since sounds are just an item I think it would be all too easy to add an option for that.

You have different options to turn off different sounds.(kiai sounds, dq sounds, etc.)Select what you wish. ;)

I don't think that having an option to remove only custom sounds would be necessary, if you really don't want to listen to a sound just turn off the sounds in general.

What is the kiai sound named? The names for the sounds are a bit ambiguous. Swoosh? Freeze? I may not have much information when it comes to this topic, so if you have more feel free to enlighten me. But if you came just to say "it's not necessary", and repeat what link said, then you're not adding anything useful.

The original game sounds are enjoyable and add to the experience. Allowing users to change default sounds is intrusive and destructive to the nature of the game. It's fine if you enjoy these noises, but I do not, so I would like an option to keep vanilla sounds.
