How to stand?
Hello all!
I have a really big problem. I want to do my replay better with standing at end. How can i do it?
No...
No
Don't ask questions like this, we can't just tell you joints to stand up, it totally depends on your positioning before you stand.
But some general rules,
Keep your legs slightly bent, legs slightly apart, and contracting abs help.
you can use certain stances. Also, try relaxing some joints in your legs so you can change position while stopping without flying off with the force of the movement. Have your legs a reasonable distance apart (shoulder width or more) and lean slightly forward and maybe relax arms to give a better look… don't have your legs together when you stand since you will fall sideways. Try this stance: one leg is raised and knee bent, the other is straight and is held out wide by the glute, lean forward and have on arm propping you up either behind or in front of you depending on which way your body leans. It's not quite standing up but it is a good start.

Thank you for reading.
