Yes that means no sparing or parkouring.

just saying im going to be using Vegas Movie Studio HD Platinum 11.0

if you want to post a video, it's made and its good looking, post in art section.
if you want to post a design event where you want only replays so you can experiment those replays yourself and create the final product, go to Events>Design Events

This is not the right place for such a thread.
As far as I'm concerned, these kinds of things are being handled in Design Events board. Moving this thread for you.
