I go into it, type in /owner and my password, and i get op, even though I didnt set owner password in that server.

Just a little glitch I found in 4.8.

I set an owner password in a server before, I left tor a log time to see the room with a new creator, I type in /owner password and I get opped

Maybe you had a very simple or basic pass and the other guy also set that same pass. It also happened me once.
