I haven't done anything and I can't join servers yet my alt can, am I banned?

Well what is the name of your alternate account? And if you can't go ingame or access most of the forums on it, then yes it is probably banned.

I do not see you on the ban list, and usually banned people can only post on ban appeals, so I doubt you are banned, you probably are having an issue ingame. Try re-installing the game, or if you have not switched to the steam version I suggest doing so, and if neither of those work try the new steam beta version.

You aren't banned. If you were banned you would have a big red "Non-Existing" text and you wouldn't be able to post here. Sadly, I don't know any fix to your problem.

Maybe u are joining servers that are belt restricted??
Try to make your own room
Or try to join an unofficial room
Or join a tourney
