I was thinking that there could be a Steam list where you would search people (that have given their Steam ID's) and add them to Steam. This isn't very important, but would work when you're clan recruiting, and wanna see if the people who wanna join are active.

It could work, for example, clicking in community<Steam list<Search.

nerti you may not know but when running steam toribash opening overlay you can see if there are steam users in your room also friending som1 using steam version sends a friend request to there steam.

/steamfriend (user in the room)
that would request a friend
