cant see writing 3.41
in tori bash i cant see names of who is fighting or "press space" stuff

but i can see speech and peoples names at the side

You probably don't have the TB font.
Re-install.

Or alternatively, go Here and download any font you want, then save it in C\program files\Toribash-3.4\data\fonts as "toribash" and another as "ascii".
