Just send the items back, you cant owe a person anything if they have there items back

Can't you just keep the items since you never agreed to it and have it be his fault or is he trying to exploit a rule in the exchange forcing you to pay him?

idk but i already sent them back. i shuldve kept them because i never agreed to anything so i wouldnt have had to pay :P

If anything you could have just ignored him and taken it as petty harassment. (Keeping the items as a "donation" of course)
