I think i made my first HQ head

I'm new and i need some tips.Help me please.

mate thats not HQ... this is simple cartoon head but well its max quality cartoon head not HQ its cartoon max quality tho i like it you should have removed the basic layer and color over it and use overlay layer etc.. well i like the idiea goodluck forward

A hq head is it when we don't got this layer ?

idk how to explain its a nice head and amazing work its kindof HQ also you will get better with time hope you the best!

the answer in my opinion is that you should see the head without this layer and also add a layer and overlay with it and use dark/light colors in the areas you want that make it even more HQ
