it is a nice start you did well with the line art
and are in the way with coloring.
one attention to the mapping, size of the face and placement are essencial to a good head.
keep going with the great head

I don't like the bandanna for some reason. idk why but it just seems like a little...weird.
The pupil should be in the middle but that is a nitpicky thing, for all I know its probably there for mapping puposes.

Fix your mapping.
Start off with a sketch THEN add colors.

since you're using paint tool SAI (I use paint tool SAI as well) I'd suggest making multiple layers and making good use of the magic wand tool. it'd help to get rid of the pesky rough coloring and make it alot more smoother.
