I would like to know what good the "Usertitle Shop" where I customize the name that will appear? in the forum or in the game?

You know where it says "member" under your name?

That's your usertile, you can either edit it buy paying with USD in the nabi customisation shop, or buy one with tc from the usertile shop.

I dont know if its possible, but if it was, to make your usertitle rainbow you would have to color code each and every letter in it.

With the moving one I believe its [MORQUE](text)[/MORQUE] altough I am probably wrong.

No, the only available customization options are the ones you see on that page.

You'll have to shell out more TC in order to get a moving title. Ask an admin about that.
