ok so i made it saved it bought the head texture thingy activated it and then i pressed browse to upload it! i've read a few where it says wait 15 mins but i've waited an hour! yea i used 128x128! it said successfully uploaded but when i log in online UKE's head or the defuat head apears!! WTF?! help me pleaaasee

Did you save the head as a tga format?

If you did, try maybe png or something, but always use tga first, unless it's transparent and you need png :3

EDIT: Also restart tb, and play in a match online, normally after a couple of matches, it may change to your head in the middle of the match.

Black and white?

add a colored pixel in bottom right preferably red or green
