there are no servers for brown belt..so that means we get no TC..and just have to join random servers?

You get QI from private servers, just no TC.

So you'll have to go 500 matches without getting TC, I guess.

Brown should be allowed into semipro servers, imo.

Yeah i am brown belt... 500 games need to be WON to go to black belt and no tc to help you to get motivation... its hard...

I've heard they are working on it. For now, you can buy a booster for a mere $5 a month.
