[Art] Nami - One Piece - Watercolor
Was bored, decided to draw...
This is Nami from One Piece, the scene is from the Arlong Park Arc.
Finished the inking, but I smeared it. -.-"
I need to practice more with ink.. This is like
my fourth 'ink drawing..

I tried to cover over the smudge marks, but they didn't cover that well..
And since I was using some 'cheap ink, it smudged a bit even after drying
on the forehead.. But I think it was because I put too much ink on that spot.
Final - Watercolored
Anyway, I went on photoshop with the intent of touching it up a bit by
fixing the smudges, but I decided to try out some filters, and these were
the ones that I took a liking to.

Drawn by hand, so used ink and pencil, and watercolor paint.. Then used Photoshop CS2 for touch-up and filters
